3. Visibility Scores, Analytics, and AI
Visibility Insider may use proprietary algorithms, statistical methods, rules-based systems, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and third-party data to generate scores, classifications, recommendations, summaries, benchmarks, and other analytical outputs.
These outputs are informational and analytical tools and may contain errors, omissions, estimates, or outdated information. Visibility Insider does not represent that any Visibility Score, Advisor Priority Score, recommendation, ranking, forecast, or other output guarantees business performance, search rankings, lead generation, transactions, revenue, referrals, or any particular result.
4. Google API Services
Visibility Insider may allow users to connect Google services using Google OAuth. When you authorize a Google connection, Visibility Insider accesses Google user data only within the permissions you authorize and for functionality presented through the Services.

You may revoke Visibility Insider's access to your Google Account through your Google Account permissions or through Visibility Insider where available.
Certain Google API data may be subject to additional retention, caching, display, attribution, and use restrictions imposed by Google, and Visibility Insider will handle such information in accordance with applicable Google API policies.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers supporting cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, AI processing, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, monitoring, security, customer support, search and visibility data, real estate or MLS data, and related infrastructure. These providers may process information on our behalf subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
If you use Visibility Insider through an organization, information associated with your account or activity may be accessible to authorized members or administrators of that organization according to account permissions.
We may also disclose information at your direction; when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce agreements; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Sale and Targeted Advertising
Visibility Insider does not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a manner that constitutes a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, we will provide notices and opt-out mechanisms as required. We do not use information obtained through Google API Services for personalized advertising where prohibited by Google's policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and historical analytics, comply with contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce agreements. Information received from third-party APIs may be subject to shorter retention periods or other restrictions imposed by those providers.
8. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, tenant-level data separation, logging, monitoring, secure credential storage, and restrictions on administrative access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your Privacy Choices
