Intelligence Modules

Visibility is no longer one channel

Buyers and sellers find agents through AI answers, map results, organic search, reviews, portal profiles, video, and community content. Visibility Insider measures those surfaces together and tracks how each one moves.

Component scores are calculated server-side on a 0 to 1000 scale. Weighting and normalization are proprietary and are not published.

Illustrative product interface. Sample data shown for demonstration; not a customer account.

Tracked over time, not sampled once

Every module keeps historical snapshots, so a change can be explained rather than guessed at. When a score moves, the surface that moved it is already on the record.

The nine surfaces

What gets measured

Each module tracks one way buyers and sellers actually find an agent, with historical snapshots behind every score.

AI Visibility

Whether an agent shows up when buyers and sellers ask AI systems for help.

Tracks mentions, citations, and recommendation presence across supported AI systems using a structured prompt library built around cities, communities, specialties, and buyer or seller intent.

Local and Maps

Presence in map results and the local pack across an agent's target geography.

Measures local presence, business profile strength, category and service completeness, and local competitive share across the areas an agent actually works.

Organic Search

How an agent performs on branded, city, community, and specialty searches.

Tracks ranking positions, indexed pages, and competitive visibility for the searches that matter to a real estate practice, not a generic keyword list.

Reviews and Reputation

Rating, volume, recency, velocity, response behavior, and sentiment.

Follows reputation as a moving signal rather than a single number, so a slowdown in review velocity surfaces before it becomes a competitive gap.

Digital Presence

Which professional profiles exist, and which are missing or incomplete.

Inventories profiles and flags missing ones, inconsistent names and phone numbers, outdated brokerage information, thin bios, and broken links.

Content Authority

Topical and community coverage across websites, blogs, and video.

Looks at whether an agent has published anything substantive about the communities and property types they want to be known for.

Real Estate Portals

Profile strength on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and brokerage pages.

Evaluates verified profile presence and completeness using the best permitted retrieval method available for each source, including agent or Advisor confirmation.

Entity Consistency

Whether an agent's identity agrees with itself across authoritative profiles.

Compares name, brokerage, team, phone, website, markets, and specialties across linked profiles and reports conflicts with the evidence behind them.

Website Health

The technical and structural condition of an agent's own site.

Checks security, mobile usability, indexability, titles and metadata, structured data, sitemap and robots configuration, and agent or community page coverage.
